DTG Printer
Direct-to-garment or DTG printing is all the rage right now, and for a good reason. With a DTG printer, we are able to print small quantities of t-shirts that have graphics with a lot of colors in them. This printer also gives us more precision for super-detailed prints. It really creates works of art.
This printing method sprays ink onto a garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing. DTG utilizes inkjet printing technology to send a full-color, detailed design directly from a computer to a digital printer with a garment loaded into it.
There is very little set-up time required which means we can print small quantities for you and your business.
New Press
The new press we purchased allows us to run more pieces, faster. In fact, we can print 1,000 shirts in one hour! This has been in the works for several months and we had someone from the manufacturing company fly into BaySix to help us install it perfectly. We now have two presses at BaySix to get you more products in less time.
