Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process of pressing ink through a stenciled mesh screen to create a printed design. The versatile method can be used on anything from sweatshirts to tote bags. At BaySix, we have two automatic presses and the best screen printers in the Triangle, allowing us to use this technique to crank out the most product.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is a process that vaporizes materials into fumes to engrave permanent, deep marks. The laser beam acts as a chisel, incising marks by removing layers from the surface of the material.
Direct-to-Garment
Direct-to-Garment is a new technology for creating a custom T-shirt in a fast and efficient way, regardless of how complex or colorful the design is.
