Dina has over 20 years of experience as a gender equality advocate and has published extensively on women’s empowerment. As a certified life coach, she has built her coaching practice, Enough Labs, on the premise that in order for women to become leaders in their lives—both professionally and personally—they have to start with loving themselves exactly where they are, ditching the negative self-talk, and taking on a mindset that supports their ability to thrive.
BaySix Owner/President Katherine Dickinson Garcia recently had the opportunity to participate in a 12-week coaching program with Dina and Enough Labs and came back to her work completely ready to take on the world! She was so inspired that she invited Dina to Raleigh to share her work with other leaders who are sure to also find her guidance pertinent for today’s female leaders. In this powerful live coaching experience, Dina will offer insight into what it takes to unlearn the toxic, self-limiting stories that we can get wrapped up in telling ourselves.
